Veterinary science is a rapidly-growing field that is constantly changing. The purpose of this document is to help introduce new students to the field and provide them with some foundational knowledge. As veterinarians, we constantly ask ourselves probing questions that help us better understand the animal in front of us. What can we learn from studying dogs, cats, horses and other animals? In this article, we will explore the idea of studying animal’s behavior in order to better understand their physiology. Veterinary science continues to grow in popularity, with more and more students choosing it as their major. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the different types of questions that are asked in veterinary science, and how these questions can be used to improve the skills of a veterinarian. New veterinary medical school should focus on providing hands-on experience for students. The recent trend in veterinary medical education is to provide more didactic learning experiences outside of the clinical setting. This change in course is largely due to the realization that hands-on learning is essential for veterinary students to learn how to practice medicine effectively. Although many excellent veterinary schools offer clinical training, there are some drawbacks to this approach. Veterinary science is one of the most unique and complex fields of study. It requires a lot of dedication and hard work. There are many different areas of study that a veterinarian can specialize in. This can include clinical practice, animal production, research, or public health.
